JPMorgan Chase in San Diego is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, deliver attentive service, and promote our latest banking solutions. You will represent Chase’s brand with hospitality while helping clients achieve their financial goals.

You will open new accounts, educate customers on Chase Mobile App and online banking, and build trusted relationships through active listening and teamwork with branch colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalence required.
• Experience delivering client service or similar role.
• Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and work with a team.
• Ability to communicate clearly and politely with clients.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and deliver welcoming, attentive service to manage lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and ATM duties in line with procedures.
