Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
• Understanding of consumer credit - including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open personal and business accounts (consumer checking, small business, deposits, home equity, CDs, etc.).
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to attract and deepen client relationships.
• Provide effective and customized financial wellness recommendations to clients.
• Support branch operations including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; Saturday work may be required.
