PATH (People Acting to Help) Inc. is seeking a full-time Residential Financial Services Coordinator in Philadelphia, PA.

The role coordinates client financial and residential services across Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability programs, including Representative Payee and MA/SSA/SSI/SSP benefits, Room and Board, HUD income verification, and related records. Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, ensuring timely renewals, and maintaining compliance with applicable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but Associates degree with 5 years of relevant experience acceptable.
• 3–5 years of specific experience in benefits coordination, client financial services, or nonprofit accounting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Residential Client Financial Services database: eligibility, payee info, room and board, MA, SSA/SSI/SSP, SNAP, LIHEAP, HUD docs and related financial information.
• Develop and monitor tracking systems, dashboards, and renewal schedules for MA, SSA/SSI/SSP, SNAP, LIHEAP, HUD, room and board, and related activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations, licensing, funding sources, and agency requirements.
