Responsibilities

• AR aging and collections including follow-up with clients and account teams.
• Credit card reconciliation on a monthly basis.
• Client reconciliations to ensure data accuracy monthly.
• Client billings processed monthly and as needed.
• Weekly meetings with executive leadership.
• Monitor compliance with tax and financial reporting standards.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting.
• Support monthly and yearly closing processes including journal entries.

Financial Reports and Client Services

• AR Aging and Collections: includes follow-up on past due invoices with clients, partners and account teams
• Credit Card Reconciliation: Monthly management
• Client Reconciliations: Work with account staff to ensure data accuracy monthly
• Client Billings: Process monthly and as needed
• Meet with executive leadership weekly
• Monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and
• Assist with cash flow forecasting
• Supports monthly and yearly closing process including journal entry preparation and review

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum 6 years that includes working with a PR, advertising or marketing agency
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Skills: Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
