Job summary

You'll have the opportunity to attend Schwab Service Academy, receive paid training, study time, and support to obtain Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA licenses.

Qualifications

• Flexible to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business.
• Eagerness to learn about finance.
• Passion for client service.
• Motivation to learn about the securities industry, including equities, options, and mutual funds.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices.
• Engage with and advocate for clients on inbound calls, taking ownership and solving complex issues.
• Participate in Schwab Service Academy for paid training and licenses.
