Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Client Services professional to act as the primary point of contact for Treasury clients. You will handle day-to-day servicing of treasury, cash management, card, merchant, and depository products of varying complexity from Fort Worth, TX.

The role emphasizes QA, issue resolution, and educating clients on digital tools to improve the client experience. The ideal candidate will navigate client requests, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Experience in reporting and data interpretation for treasury or related operations.
Ability to manage risk and make informed decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

Responds to client and partner requests received by email, phone, chat or workflow system
Performs Quality Assurance to ensure high risk processes are completed according to written procedures
Researches and resolves complex issues raised by clients ensuring client satisfaction
Drives resolution of client issues with internal, technical and product partners, ensuring processes are integrated
Educates clients on digital tool options, championing innovation with a client‑centric mindset
