Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Implementation professional to lead the integration of treasury, cash management, card, merchant and depository products for Treasury clients. You will coordinate with Sales, Relationship Managers, Product, Compliance and Operations to ensure timely, smooth implementations.

The role requires 3–5 years of banking experience with Treasury Management products, strong problem solving, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years prior banking experience, knowledge of Treasury Management products including ACH, Check Fraud Protection, Transmission Setups and project management experience with proven client interaction abilities.
• Extensive experience with quality control and document review against business policy and procedures.
• Comfortable leading and hosting moderate to complex project calls with clients, sales, and operation partners via Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to hold self, sales, and operation partners accountable for meeting implementation deadlines.
• Ability to elevate appropriately to resolve client escalations and to meet and exceed client's implementation timeline.
• Proven problem/solving/analytical and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Consults with client through implementation of treasury product package
• Facilitates internal and external client calls to work through implementation requests for successful completion
• Troubleshoots research, and responds to internal client team requests for resolution
• Engages key stakeholders for awareness throughout the implementation process, owning resolution for the client
