Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Software Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of software development and architecture experience.

• Experience in client-facing roles with understanding client needs.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Establish and advance Argano's Technical Architecture practice and standards.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Define and document client project architectures aligning with best practices.
• Research new technologies to enhance performance and scalability.
• Lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Mentor and coach technical staff across projects.
• Coordinate project plans and complex implementation efforts.
• Ensure solutions are documented and version-controlled.
