Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Senior technical support professional to provide advanced assistance on web applications using Angular, .NET, WordPress, Webflow, CGI and data modeling tools for internal and external stakeholders.

You will lead technical workstreams, research new web technologies, write design documents and test plans, manage application components, ensure security and compliance, and mentor less experienced staff while collaborating with teams to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field
• 2 years of professional experience in relevant roles
• Strong proficiency with modern web technologies and SDLC
