Job summary

Med-Metrix, LLC seeks a Project Manager to lead technology engagements for clients, coordinating IT, configuration, and development tasks. You will manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication across cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities include leading client-facing meetings, weekly status reports, and escalation of risks. Strong PM principles, Jira/Smartsheet experience, and HIPAA awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience required.
• Jira, Smartsheet, PMP, agile certification (e.g., CSM) is a plus.
• 2+ years of client-facing experience required.
• Knowledge of fundamental project management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess issues and drive resolution.
• Energetic with a strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Proactively set and manage expectations with stakeholders regarding scope, deliverables, timelines, status reporting, and issues & risks.
• Provide weekly status reporting to customers, management, and internal staff.
• Manage multiple projects across departments, ensuring information/resources are available for task completion.
• Lead customer-facing meetings of varying sizes, including C-suite engagement.
• Ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality standards set by Med-Metrix.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to handle high-priority risks and dependencies.
• Forecast go-live dates and support on-time revenue targets while escalating as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA policies and protect PHI as required.
