Job summary

Med-Metrix is seeking a Project Manager in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ to drive successful technology engagements and deliverables for clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality project outcomes while maintaining strict PHI handling per HIPAA rules.

The role requires 3+ years in project management, client-facing experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience required.
• 2+ years of client-facing experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

Responsibilities

• Proactively set and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders regarding project scope, deliverables, timelines, status reporting, and issues & risks.
• Provide weekly status reporting to customers, management team, and internal staff.
• Manage multiple projects across different departments within the organization, assuring that all team members have the required information and resources to complete tasks effectively.
• Lead customer-facing meetings of varying sizes and profiles, ranging from operational management to C-suite.
• Ensure project deliverables are met timely, to the satisfaction of our customers, and meet the high-quality standards.
