Job summary

RevSpring in Nashville seeks a Technical Implementation Consultant – Preservice to lead technology-based projects by partnering with clients and internal teams, including development, product, and support.

You will gather business requirements, configure client requests, demonstrate Preservice capabilities, and ensure successful delivery using best-practice methodologies.

This role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to translate product knowledge into client solutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ARM/RCM industry and HFMA training.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client-facing implementations and project plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external resources for timely project execution.
• Deliver projects on-time, within scope and budget; manage risks.
• Develop detailed project plans; track progress and resources.
• Lead requirements definition, solution design, configuration and testing.
• Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing consultation.
