Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand workflows related to estimates, eligibility, authorizations, orders, and discovery processes.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify client pain points, opportunities, and system integration needs.
• Develop and present project proposals, timelines, and cost estimates for solution implementation.
• Provide detailed product demonstrations and technical explanations to prospective and existing clients.
• Train clients and internal teams on implemented solutions to maximize adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational challenges to ensure client satisfaction.
