Job summary

RevSpring, Inc. in Nashville seeks an Implementation Consultant to drive requirements gathering, design, configuration and testing on RevSpring patient engagement and payment solutions.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders, Solution Delivery team, and other resources to define and deliver the RevSpring solution while promoting best practices. The role requires 2–4 years in software implementations in Healthcare/RCM, a Bachelor's degree, and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a software product implementations role within Healthcare/RCM.
• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management domain.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements definition, solution design, configuration, and testing activities.
• Provide project oversight/governance on single or multi-product implementations.
• Collaborate with architects, product management, support, sales, and other consultants to solve client needs using base features.
• Maintain product-focused discipline and limit custom configurations.
• Configure RevSpring communications, digital delivery, and payment solutions per best practices.
• Keep stakeholders informed and participate in architecture reviews.
