Solar Solution is seeking a Solar Maintenance Client Operations Coordinator in Washington, DC (Hybrid – Office & Remote). You will be the primary client contact for maintenance needs, coordinating with internal crews and subcontractors to schedule field visits and ensure timely problem resolution.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and proactive problem solving to keep projects moving and clients informed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing operations or service management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-facing liaison between clients and maintenance teams.
• Log, assess, and respond to service requests.
• Coordinate scheduling with internal crews and subcontractors.
• Track progress from scheduling to completion.
• Escalate high-priority issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records in CRM.
