You will work from rooftops and ladders, using drills and fastening tools, while following safety protocols and recording work details.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable with a strong safety mindset.
• Comfortable working at heights on roofs and ladders.
• Proficient with hand and power tools, including drills.
• Hold a valid license as required for this position.
• Experience in solar, construction, roofing, or related trades preferred.
• Able to lift and carry equipment as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Position Summary

The Solar Maintenance Crew Member is a hands-on field role responsible for the upkeep, inspection, and repair of residential and commercial solar systems. This position requires daily use of hand and power tools, along with regular work on rooftops and ladders. We are looking for someone reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a crew.
