Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. in Lawrenceville, GA seeks a Software Support Specialist to deliver medium- to high-level software support for Tyler products across the US and Canada.

You will diagnose and resolve client issues, guide clients on product functionality, and document interactions in client management systems. Develop product expertise through testing, data analysis, and collaboration with the Support team, while participating in training sessions, User Groups, and Early Adopter activities

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 12+ months' experience as a Software Support Specialist or related role required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients on technical and business issues.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Familiarity with database concepts or SQL is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, web, or email software support for clients in the US and Canada.
• Diagnose and resolve client issues in a timely and courteous manner.
• Document all interactions in designated client management systems.
• Contribute to knowledge base and Tyler Community.
• Develop product expertise through testing and learning new functionality.
• Provide formal online or onsite training and participate in User Groups.
