Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, collaboration technologies, customer success, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical technology solutions.
• Experience supporting or participating in content migration, collaboration, or digital workplace initiatives.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal customers to build solutions, adopt, and maximize value from collaboration technologies.
• Support migration from Box to SharePoint, and drive adoption of Smartsheet and Asana.
• Guide customers through SharePoint solution design, information architecture, governance, and migration.
• Provide customer-facing consulting, discovery, workflow design, automation, and dashboards.
• Facilitate workshops, present to groups, and translate complex needs into scalable solutions.
