ADVANCED IMAGING SOLUTIONS INC, based at CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS in North Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to plan, build, and support AIS Managed Network Services environments and deliver exceptional client service.

You will lead projects, resolve complex IT issues, document work, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize client networks and service delivery. This role requires hands-on IT support, MSP experience, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT support experience.
• Strong network troubleshooting skills (switches, firewalls).
• Experience with Windows/Microsoft environments.
• Certifications: A+/Network+/Security+, CCNP, Azure, AWS desired.
• Copier/Printer experience a plus.
• Telecoms experience a plus.
• MSP experience highly desired.
• Willing to continue training and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class client service via telephone, remote access, and on-site support.
• Respond promptly to IT service requests and tickets.
• Lead client projects and onboarding/offboarding.
• Document all work and maintain client network diagrams.
• Escalate to IT Services Manager or TAM/vCIO as needed.
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to planning.
• Troubleshoot, install, and maintain client equipment.
• Assist other technicians with escalated issues.
• Maintain positive client relations and report dissatisfaction.
