Job summary

AIS is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in North Las Vegas to plan, build, and support AIS Managed Network Services client environments. You will deliver high-quality IT service, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with clients to resolve challenges.

This role requires 5+ years IT support, strong networking skills, and experience with Windows environments. You’ll lead projects, document work, and participate in on-call rotations, helping to elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT support experience with server knowledge.
• Strong network troubleshooting and firewall configuration skills.
• Experience with Windows Server environments; MacOS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class client service via remote access and onsite support.
• Respond to IT service tickets and escalate as needed.
• Lead client projects and onboarding/offboarding as assigned.
• Document work and maintain client network documentation.
• Assist Help Desk Technicians and Field Engineers with escalated issues.
