Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage client payroll processing and deliver accurate payroll outcomes. You will ensure data accuracy, process cycles on time, reconcile deposits, and respond to client inquiries with professional service.

You will work with ADP RUN and Microsoft Office, maintain strict confidentiality, and support implementation teams by training clients on payroll processes and identifying new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of payroll experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• CPP certification preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll data accuracy in client payroll systems.
• Process payrolls timely and reconcile deposits and tax withholdings.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes and employer contributions.
• Consult with clients on payroll matters and maintain confidentiality.
• Support implementation team and train clients on payroll processes and procedures.
