Job summary

KMK Consulting Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Commercial Analytics to lead client engagements and deliver advanced analytics across patient claims, brand, marketing, and predictive analytics.

You will manage senior client relationships and mentor global teams to generate data-driven insights that drive growth and improve outcomes. You will guide proposals, oversee end-to-end analytics delivery, and stay ahead of industry trends in healthcare data and AI/ML applications to enrich KMK's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 7-10+ years in commercial analytics, consulting, or pharma/biotech with client-facing leadership experience.
• Experience with life sciences datasets (claims, EMR, payer data) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Coding skills in SQL, Python, or R; familiarity with marketing mix modeling and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Account Management & Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients’ senior stakeholders and act as primary contact for commercial analytics needs.
• Commercial Analytics Delivery: Design, execute, and interpret analytics projects across patient claims, brand, marketing, and predictive analytics.
• Project Leadership & Team Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery, scope proposals, allocate resources, manage timelines and budgets; mentor analysts and managers.
• Business Development & Innovation: Contribute to proposals, identify growth opportunities, stay updated on healthcare data trends and AI/ML applications.
