Job summary

KMK Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager or Manager-level professional with deep CNS analytics to support ongoing client engagements in the life sciences sector.

You will work hands-on, dedicating substantial time to programming and data analysis using SQL or Python with real-world data sources. You will lead and mentor junior staff, communicate insights clearly to clients, and drive impactful recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on CNS experience.
• Strong background in patient analytics, brand analytics and sales analytics.
• Experience in marketing analytics and predictive analytics is a plus.
• Hands-on capacity with ~50–60% of time programming and data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python and working with claims, EHR/EMR, and other datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing and upcoming client engagements in CNS analytics.
• Directly manage client interactions and present insights.
• Mentor junior team members while contributing individually.
• Balance strategic thinking with executional rigor.
