Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent field presence, onsite with customers 20–50% of time.
• Develop and oversee Risk Control services for accounts country-wide.
• Market and present Risk Control services to new and existing clients.
• Manage budgets and respond to customer needs.
• Communicate risk exposure and controls to underwriting.
• Write detailed reports with clear risk assessments and recommendations.
• Build productive relationships with underwriting, brokers, and claims teams.
• Analyze losses to identify trends and inform loss-prevention plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
