Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Risk Control professional to deliver risk assessment and control services across accounts nationwide. The role requires close collaboration with underwriting, brokers and internal Risk Control teams to tailor effective risk mitigation strategies.

You will travel to client sites, analyze exposures, and communicate clear recommendations. A Bachelor's degree and industry certifications are expected, with strong communication and negotiation abilities to

Qualifications

Five years of experience in safety, risk control/management or related field.
Valid driver's license.
Certification such as ASP, CSP, ARM (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Maintain field presence onsite with customers 20%–50% of the time.
Consult with clients on strategies to identify hazards and coordinate Risk Control services.
Analyze losses to identify trends and ensure the plan addresses loss leaders.
Negotiate and manage client expectations to balance service and cost.
Influence clients to commit to the service plan and recommendations.
Write technically detailed reports communicating risk assessments and recommendations.
