Erik Hosking - State Farm Agent is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. You will greet customers in person and over the phone, manage appointment scheduling, and support the office with communications and administrative tasks to keep operations efficient.

The ideal candidate has previous receptionist or customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and comfort with sales conversations to discuss insurance options.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
