Job summary

GrayMatter is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage complex, client-facing projects from planning through delivery, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and successful execution within scope, schedule, and budget. This role serves as the primary client contact and supports team performance and business growth.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in Engineering or PM, 5–7 years of PM experience, and strong communication and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, PM, or related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in client-facing environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, priorities, and constraints.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of assigned projects from planning to delivery, on time and within scope and budget.
• Serve as the main client liaison for all project communications.
• Manage scope, schedules, resources, financials, and change orders.
• Ensure projects meet or exceed established margins and targets.
• Collaborate with technical teams and oversee subcontractors as needed.
