Qualifications

• 4+ years relevant work experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing, quality and production control, and planning processes
• Strong written, verbal communication, interpersonal and customer contact skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer conversations and project messaging across teams
• Track project schedules, budgets, billing, delivery dates and status
• Develop accurate product costing from Bills of Materials
• Build customer relationships with updates and aligning budget objectives
• Identify risks and assist in recovery plans and policy compliance
