Job summary

Kirby Nagelhout Construction Co. is seeking a Project Manager to lead one or more complex construction projects, focusing on risk management, proactive planning, contracting, and delivering against safety, schedule, quality, and budget standards.

You will partner with superintendents and project team members to develop master schedules, manage procurement, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with codes and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5-10 years of management experience preferred.
• Proficient with scheduling and construction management tools; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel within Pendleton Division region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage project risk, finances, contracts, schedule, documentation, and change orders.
• Develop master schedules with the project team and manage procurement and subcontracts.
• Ensure site safety, quality management, and adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, and subcontractors to meet project goals.
• Prepare and review RFI’s, submittals, and closeout documentation; track lien waivers.
• Maintain change management logs and negotiate changes with clients and subs.
