Job summary

STULZ Air Technology Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced project coordinator to manage large client engagements from RFQ through installation. You will support the PMO, maintain governance, and ensure alignment with business strategy while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Role is individual-contributor with hybrid onsite work in Frederick, MD, with some travel to facilities and client sites. PMP/CAPM and 5 years of PM experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience delivering client-facing project delivery from RFQ through installation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans with governance, risk analysis, and milestones.
• Oversee end-to-end client projects: RFQ/RFP, sales orders, production handoff, field deployment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal and external teams.
• Facilitate meetings and manage follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Maintain ISO conformance and PMO standards.
• Provide KPI reporting and executive status updates.
