Hybrid- onsite 2-3 days per week.
This role manages large, complex projects end to end — defining scope and schedule independently, keeping delivery on time and on budget, and leading through ambiguity. Strong fit for someone who's led "mega projects" and can flex between hands‑on execution and coaching a team through roadblocks.
Define and manage scope, schedule, and budget for large/complex projects, including higher-risk "mega projects". Build project plans and secure internal/external resources based on risk and complexity. Help prioritize cross-discipline or cross-group project work. Lead RFP review, vendor contract evaluation, and vendor selection. Partner with the Demand Planning group and guide others through the demand planning process. Manage and review project budgets, including invoice approval for complex projects. Run project execution using traditional and/or Agile methods, coordinating meetings, tracking budget, following up on action items, and managing scope creep. Perform risk analysis and build mitigation plans proactively. Support development of PMO processes, tools, and automation. Remove blockers (cultural, administrative, logistical) so the team can stay focused and productive. Manage change control as issues arise. Prepare stakeholders for delivery and communicate how larger projects drive business value. Run recurring status meetings with Digital PMs, Supervisors, and Directors. Build and lead change management strategy, both customer-facing and internal, to keep stakeholders engaged. Coach team members and peers on change management roles and responsibilities.
