Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred; 2–4 years of relevant experience required.
• Recent hands-on Microsoft Project experience; candidates should demonstrate this skill.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a project coordinator, working closely with technical leads on assigned projects.
• Maintain and update Microsoft Project plans to reflect current project status.
• Coordinate and run project meetings, gathering task updates from team members.
• Drive action items to completion and hold team members accountable to deadlines.
• Analyze changes to the project plan, including week-over-week variances and critical path analysis.
• Break down complex project information into smaller, understandable, and actionable pieces of work.
