Job summary

EXO Inc. invites applications for a Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and oversight from initiation to project completion.

You will assist project managers to ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards on infrastructure projects nationwide. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills, plus proficiency with project management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is typically required.
• Entry-level project coordination experience or internship is desirable.
• Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, schedules, and status reports.
• Track milestones and KPIs, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure action items are followed through.
• Support project teams, assign roles, and establish clear communication.
• Establish and monitor quality standards for project deliverables.
• Identify and manage project risks and mitigation plans.
• Maintain open communication and prepare progress reports.
• Support change control procedures and documentation.
