Echo Electric, part of Sonepar, seeks a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to join our Akron area team. You will coordinate projects from PO receipt to delivery, liaising with customers and internal teams to keep timelines on track.

• 1+ years of administrative experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from receipt of purchase order to successful delivery.
• Serve as liaison between Echo Electric and the customer and internal teams.
• Provide project status reports to customers and manage change orders.
• Work with reps and manufacturers to maintain deliveries and schedules.
• Maintain project files and ensure key information is accessible.
• Meet with customers occasionally to align expectations and timelines.
• Confirm invoicing and receiving are complete prior to project closeout.
