Job summary

Data Center Storage & Logistics (DCSL) seeks a Program PM who serves as the primary contact for key customers, coordinating projects across facilities and ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. The role reports to the Senior Director of Program Operations and collaborates with Warehouse PMs to align scope and execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, account management, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships and serving as primary contact for accounts.
• Strong data and reporting skills for external stakeholders.
• Comfort with dashboards and reporting platforms; not building them but using them.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to balance multiple accounts and travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned DCSL customers, building trust and representing DCSL professionally.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements for internal teams.
• Own problem-solving at the account level and drive issues to resolution.
• Manage collection and transfer of project/inventory data to customers with timely reporting.
• Coordinate with Warehouse PMs and internal resources to meet timeline and scope.
• Support new customer onboarding and site launches, defining reporting structures and cadence.
• Track project performance and provide updates to leadership.
• Ensure billing accuracy across accounts with oversight from senior leadership.
