Job summary

Sharp Clinical Services is seeking an Order Management Specialist I in Allentown, PA to manage day-to-day orders for key client accounts. You will liaise with client contacts and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, accurate documentation, and aligned forecasts and purchase orders.

You will track shipments, monitor inventory, and support KPI reviews with clients, while processing change requests, quotes, and packets for billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Attention to accuracy in sales orders, quotes, and paperwork.
