Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in operations or related fields.
• Experience managing supervisors or site leaders.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel across the Greenville market.
• Experience with subcontractors or third-party providers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple client locations.
• Manage 2-3 Project Managers and ~45 frontline employees.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders through face-to-face interaction.
• Conduct site visits and operational reviews to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and service partners as needed.
• Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally.
• Monitor staffing, performance, quality metrics, and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives.
