Job summary

MongoDB Inc. is seeking Technical Services Engineers to advise customers and solve complex MongoDB problems from our Dublin office.

You’ll handle architecture, performance, recovery, and security challenges for top clients, while shaping best practices for running MongoDB at scale. You’ll collaborate with product management and development teams, and contribute to internal tooling for performance and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Candidates with self-taught, curious mindset and multi-faceted skills.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience supporting large-scale production environments.
• Willingness to work in Dublin office as part of in-office model.

Responsibilities
