Job summary

MongoDB is seeking Technical Services Engineers to advise customers and solve complex MongoDB problems in a Dublin hybrid role (3 days in-office). You’ll work with Atlas and Cloud Manager, helping customers succeed with MongoDB at scale.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of customer-facing cloud support, strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to rapidly learn new technical areas while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer-facing experience supporting cloud customers.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers is a bonus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with an uncontrollable urge to solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn a wide variety of technical skills quickly.
• Strong teamwork and knowing when to seek help.

Responsibilities

• Work with large customers to resolve architecture, performance, recovery, security and scalability questions.
• Be an expert resource on MongoDB best practices and runbooks.
• Interface with product management and engineering to advocate for customer needs.
• Contribute to internal tools for performance benchmarking and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with teammates across regions on incident coverage and continuity.
