Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development, consulting or support experience.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, Node.js, Ruby or Go.
• Experience with MongoDB and SQL databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Linux diagnostics; Windows tuning is a plus.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to customer implementations across all phases of the application lifecycle: assessment, design, deployment, tuning, and optimization.
• Deliver customer classroom-based training to architect, developer, and operations roles.
• Work as part of a delivery team with consulting engineers, project managers and account teams.
• Cultivate a MongoDB reputation as a trusted advisor and guide customers into the future.
• Influence product direction and roadmap with field experience and customer feedback.
• Ensure customer success with MongoDB initiatives and services.
