SMB Team is seeking an internal, FULL TIME HIRE who will serve in a client facing Legal Bookkeeper role for our Bookkeeping clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping and enjoys being in a client facing role.

Qualifications

• Full-charge bookkeeping experience in a professional services environment.
• Direct legal bookkeeping experience is required.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for 10–15 bookkeeping law firm clients.
• Onboard and set up new bookkeeping clients for a smooth experience.
• Maintain month-end processes with accurate books for clients.
• Handle data entry, IOLTA trust cleanups, and financial reporting packages.
