Job summary

Gartner, Inc. in Irving, TX, is seeking a Learning Designer to design, deliver and curate global learning experiences for client-facing associates. You will collaborate with Talent Effectiveness and business units to drive performance and business outcomes.

You’ll manage multi-modal programs, work with SMEs, ensure quality standards, and use Articulate 360 and Adobe Premiere Pro. This hybrid role requires 3–5 years’ instructional design experience and a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of instructional design experience in a corporate environment preferred.
• Experience designing blended learning and managing the full instructional design cycle (analyze, design, develop, implement, deliver).
• Experience designing learning for client-facing or revenue-generating roles preferred.
• Experience collaborating with learning technology platforms (e.g., LMS) and AI-enabled tools to enhance learning experiences.
• Exceptional writing, design and editing skills."
• Creativity and resourcefulness to solve problems and develop innovative learning solutions.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 and video editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning experiences and multi-modal programs (e-learning, ILT, VLE, performance support, job aids, etc.) for client-facing associates.
• Create highly effective interactive content using appropriate authoring systems, applying instructional design principles for engagement.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to align experiences with learner expectations and business needs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance quality, personalization and discoverability of learning materials.
• Develop a working knowledge of business aspects with emphasis on client-facing roles.
• Draw on SME expertise for content development.
• Oversee activities within scope, timelines, budget, and priorities.
• Ensure instructional content adheres to quality standards and learning outcomes.
