Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking an Account Manager for Facilities, serving as the single point of contact for a major account and representing the company to the client.

You will supervise and coach team members, plan schedules, implement the Operational Playbook, maintain facility records, and promote a safe work environment to exceed client expectations. This is a full-time role with shifts across 1st–3rd, requiring strong communication and leadership to drive results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experience.
• 2 years' experience in terminal hospital cleaning.
• Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing.
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Able to lead an operations team for a specific client.
• Strong drive for results and a sense of urgency.
