IT Solutions is seeking an Engineer, Professional Services to join our fast-growing MSP. You will support the project team with implementations and extended client engagements, ensuring quality and compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Requires high attention to detail and initiative with the ability to drive results for client requirements.
Maintains a high standard for customer service and delivers projects with compliance and quality.
Ability to manage stress in client-down situations while providing excellent service.
Strong communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Project Utilization of 70% billable hours per week including dispatch and project work.
Travel onsite to client offices as needed; otherwise work onsite or at an agreed remote location.
Provide superior service to customers and clients.
Collaborate with project team to complete objectives per the project scope.
Analyze project data and produce status reports against milestones.
