Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer field or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years in software implementation, systems engineering, or network administration.
• Experience deploying enterprise solutions in client-facing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements to develop implementation strategies.
• Configure, deploy, and customize enterprise software per customer needs.
• Install and maintain network infrastructure and related hardware.
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, Product, and Support during the lifecycle.
• Provide training and ongoing client support, and perform QA before deployment.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure milestones are met.
