Job summary

CoStar Group in Iselin, NJ seeks an Associate Implementation Consultant to join the Consulting division. You will define client requirements, set up systems, train users and support go-live activities, working with customers to ensure successful deployments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This is an in-office role, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university.
• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Pro-active team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to drive decisions and resolve issues across teams.
• Excellent presentation and professional demeanor.
• Experience with MS Office and MS SQL Server.
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.

Responsibilities

• Define and document client requirements and system setup.
• Train client users and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Go-live support and issue escalation to product and systems teams.
• Provide feedback to product and services teams for improvements.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Advise clients on best practices and system testing.
