CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant in Iselin, NJ to support the implementation of the CoStar Visual Lease suite. You will work within Consulting to define client requirements, set up systems, train users, and support user acceptance testing.

You will join a growing team that values independent work, strong client interaction, and the ability to handle multiple projects while delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited program.
• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Pro-active team player with the ability to drive decisions and resolve issues.
• Effective written and oral communication skills to liaise between user community, sponsors and tech team.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• Excellent presentation skills and professional demeanor.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Experience with MS SQL Server.
• A track record of commitment to prior employers.

Responsibilities

• Set up client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business processes.
• Work with client to manage initial access and map user needs.
• Train client users or coordinate training; test and troubleshoot installed systems; document issues for escalation.
• Provide feedback to product and services teams for improvements.
• Manage multiple implementation and consulting projects concurrently.
• Advise clients on best practices in a consultative role.
• Support system testing and client user acceptance testing.
• Assist in requirements gathering and documentation.
