CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant in Iselin, NJ to support the implementation of the CoStar Visual Lease suite. You will work within Consulting to define client requirements, set up systems, train users, and support user acceptance testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited program.
• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Pro-active team player with the ability to drive decisions and resolve issues.
• Effective written and oral communication skills to liaise between user community, sponsors and tech team.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• Excellent presentation skills and professional demeanor.

Role Overview: Associate Implementation Consultant

Iselin, NJ | In-office, Monday-Friday

The Associate Implementation Consultant will work within the Consulting division and will assist implementation of the CoStar Visual Lease suite of products. Primary responsibilities will include defining and documenting client requirements, system set up, client training, user acceptance testing, and go live support. Candidates will be expected to work independently and manage multiple critical tasks simultaneously to meet project delivery dates. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, have experience working directly with customers and training for user experience, and have a desire to work in a young and growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for setup and of client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions.
• Work directly with client to manage initial access and map out user needs.
• Train or coordinate training for client users. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution.
• Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
• Work on multiple implementation and consulting projects simultaneously.
• Serve in a consultative role with client to advise on best practices where appropriate.
• Responsible for system testing and assisting in the client’s user acceptance testing.
• Supports requirements gathering and documentation of requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Proven pro-active team player and self-starter with the ability to drive decisions and consensus, and to resolve issues.
• Effective written and oral communication skills in order to liaise between the user community, executive sponsors and the technical team.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• Excellent presentation skills and polished/professional demeanor.
• Expertise with MS Office.
• Experience with MS SQL Server.
• A track record of commitment to prior employers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a SaaS company.
• Experience in a customer or client success role.

Compensation

Base Compensation: $64,000-$80,000 Annually
