Job summary

CoStar Group, Iselin, NJ, is seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant to help implement the CoStar Real Estate Manager suite. In-office, Monday-Friday, you will define client requirements, set up systems, train users, and support go-live while coordinating with product and services teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years’ experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; SQL Server experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university.
• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between users, sponsors and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SQL Server experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up client technology and business processes for purchased or outsourced solutions.
• Work with the client to manage access and map user needs.
• Train clients or coordinate training; test and troubleshoot installed systems.
• Provide feedback to product and services teams for improvements.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously and offer consultative guidance.
