Job summary

Amplēo is seeking an entry-level HR Specialist to support the Client-Facing Team across multiple client engagements. You’ll help with onboarding, data accuracy, and HRIS processes while learning from senior HR Partners and a Deal Partner. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and a client-first mindset.

You’ll work behind the scenes and with clients when scope allows, contributing to a fast-paced consulting environment and exposure to a full range of HR activities across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Early in HR career with eagerness to learn fast.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with strong follow-through.
• Able to handle multiple client engagements and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for new hires across clients.
• Post job openings and manage interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Support payroll processing and HRIS data accuracy across multiple clients.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with compliance documentation.
• Draft employee notices and client-facing communications.
• Provide admin support on employee relations under senior HR Partner guidance.
• Interact with client employees/managers as needed under oversight.
